Support Our Volunteer Hosts

Sponsor a Host Kit

BConnected is volunteer-run, and we’re building reliable systems so hosts aren’t paying out of pocket. Donations to the Host Kit Fund cover quarterly restocks of host supplies, occasional gear upgrades, and host support (training and appreciation) so BConnected stays consistent, welcoming, and well-run.

Quarterly Host Kit Drive
— Goal: $2500 by April 1st

Last year, 20 volunteer hosts facilitated 100+ BConnected events. In 2026, we plan to double that number. To do that, we need more Host Kits in rotation and stronger support for our volunteer hosts, so no one has to cover basic event costs personally.

What Your Gift Supports

When someone walks into a BConnected event—especially for the first time—the host setup is what makes it feel easy to join in. Your donation helps keep Host Kits stocked, supplies consistent across events, and volunteer hosting sustainable.

We Stretch Every Dollar

We buy supplies in bulk
to reduce cost per event and avoid last-minute runs.
We reorder quarterly, based on actual usage.
We use nonprofit purchasing exemptions to avoid paying sales tax on qualifying supplies.
